Maki Akiguchi
Associate
Attorney at Law
Inspired by a lecture given by an attorney that she heard during her high school years, Ms. Akiguchi aspired to become a legal practitioner who could use her skills internationally. After graduating from high school, she went on to university in Taiwan, where she studied Chinese and developed an international perspective. During her time there, she actively participated in study groups such as the Japan-Taiwan Comparative Law Society, strengthened her legal knowledge through interpretation, and also interned at a local law firm. Ms. Akiguchi is constantly improving herself with the aim of becoming an attorney who can work closely with clients not just in Taiwanese law, but in a wide variety of fields.
